About the role n

Vacancies exist for Casual Retail Assistants across our stores. We have stores located atLeichhardt, Randwick, Revesby, Caringbah, Narellan, Penrith, Campbelltown, Hurstville, Chatswood and Dee Why (please include your top 3 store locations in your application).

We are looking for active, well presented, friendly, and motivated people who enjoy customer interaction and are motivated to learn about our various products so they can provide the best in-store experience for every customer from any number of our schools.

n

Friendly and approachable, with a can-do attitude to customers and team members

n

Ability to undertake retail functions: sales transactions at POS, greeting and listening to customer needs,



assisting the store manager and other team members in restocking & merchandising, tidying, packing, cleaning and answering phone calls

n

Ability to be training on our POS system (Instore training is provided)

n

Trustworthy and accountable for instore security and transaction accuracy

n

Flexibility and availability to work during school holidays, and peak times e.g. back-to-school

n

Experience in retail clothing or children's retail environment (preferred but not essential)

n

As a casual Retail Assistant, you may be required to be flexible with rostered days between our stores

Full training on our instore systems: POS, Webstore, Stocktake, Click & Collect

n

Fully supported by Retail Area Manager, Retail Cluster & Store Management teams

n

No nights, Sundays or public holidays

n
