We are a GP clinic in Oaklands Park South Australia seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our primary care team in a genuine advanced practice role .

This position has been designed to improve patient access and continuity of care, with clear governance, credentialing, and scope of practice already established .

Independent NP-led consultations

Management of acute presentations and chronic disease

Preventive health and care coordination

Prescribing, pathology and imaging requests within scope

Referrals to specialists and allied health
