SOUL ORIGIN in Northlakes, QLD, is seeking Retail Managers (General/Fast Food Manager) to oversee our operations and drive business success.

Key responsibilities

Determine product mix, stock levels, and service standards to maintain high-quality offerings

n

Develop and implement purchasing and marketing policies, set pricing, and promote the store's goods and services

n

Sell products and services, provide recommendations, and ensure an exceptional customer experience

n

Maintain stock level records, oversee financial transactions, and manage budgets effectively

n

Select, train, and supervise team members, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations

n

Ensure adherence to occupational health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, functional, and legally compliant workplace

n

About you

n

Qualification in business, retail, hospitality, or a related field is compulsory

n

Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or fast food management

n

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

n

Excellent customer service and communication abilities

n

Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and handle multiple tasks efficiently
