We’re now looking for hungry, confident High Ticket Setters to join our high-performing call centre team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective clients, sparking interest, qualifying enquiries, and booking appointments for our Sales Consultants. You’ll play a direct role in driving revenue and growth for the business.

n

This is a remote, commission-only prospect , backed by full access to our systems, training, leadership support, and office facilities whenever needed.

What You’ll Be Doing n

- Making outbound calls to marketing-qualified leads from our CRM
n
- Building rapport and genuinely understanding each client’s goals, needs, and motivations
n
- Confidently discussing our property projects and the Australian property market at a high level
n
- Handling initial questions and objections with clarity and professionalism
n
- Educating prospective clients and guiding them toward the next step
n
- Booking qualified appointments with our Sales Consulting
n




- Accurately logging call outcomes, notes, and follow-ups in the CRM
n

What We’re Looking For n

- Strong interest or passion for the Australian property market
n
- Proven experience as an Appointment Setter, Lead Generator, or similar phone-based role
n
- Clear, confident, and persuasive communication skills
n
- Excellent listening skills and attention to detail
n
- Professional phone manner and strong objection-handling ability
n
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working remotely
n
- Resilient mindset with a hunger to earn uncapped commissions
