The firm

A well-established Queensland plaintiff personal injury firm with a solid focus on its clients. Matters run on a no win, no fee basis, and the team takes the time to explain things to clients plainly and in person where needed.

The role
n
You'll manage a mixed plaintiff PI file, with the level of independence matched to your experience. Matters include:
n
n
- WorkCover and common law work injury claims
n
- Public liability claims under PIPA
n
- Institutional abuse claims
n
- TPD, income protection and superannuation claims
n
n
At the more senior end, you'll also supervise junior lawyers and paralegals and work directly with the principals on complex matters.
n
About you
n
n
- Admitted in Queensland with 2 to 10 years PQE in plaintiff personal injury
n
- Experience with pre-court procedures, compulsory conferences and litigation
n
- Exposure to more than one scheme (CTP, WorkCover, PIPA)
n
- Comfortable with clients who are often dealing with injury, loss or trauma
n
n
What's on offer
