This wide-ranging role combines customer service, caravan sales and service department support, working with customers from their first showroom visit through to delivery, handover and servicing.
Key responsibilities n
n
- Provide friendly customer service in person, by phone and email
n
- Show customers through T-REX RV caravan range
n
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable models
n
- Follow up enquiries and close sales
n
- Manage the sales process through to delivery and handover
n
- Assist customers with caravan collection and vehicle hook-up
n
- Assist the service team with customer and caravan intake
n
- Record required service work and communicate with customers
n
- Check completed service jobs before collection
n
- General showroom, customer service and administration duties
n
About you nn
- Mature, responsible and reliable
n
- Friendly, positive and easy-going
n
- Confident dealing with customers
n
- Organised and able to follow jobs through to completion
n
- Willing to learn about caravans and our range
n
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
n
- Available to work Saturdays
n
- Has their own reliable transport
n
- Customer service, retail, automotive, caravan, camping, 4WD or similar experience would be helpful
n
