Pace VIC are proud to partner with a well-established, global leader in industrial packaging manufacturing. They are now urgently seeking an experienced Logistics Administrator to join their Laverton North team on a casual basis, starting immediately.

About the role n

This is a casual position working Monday to Friday, day shift. You will be supporting the logistics team with:

- Processing and managing collection tickets and outbound dispatch paperwork
n
- Coordinating customer collections and liaising with transport carriers and drivers
n
- Accurate data entry and maintenance of records within SAP
n
- General logistics and administrative support across the team
n
- Working closely with the wider team to keep goods moving on time and to schedule
n

About you nn
- Previous administration experience, ideally within a logistics, warehousing or manufacturing workplace
n
- SAP experience highly regarded
n
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
n
- Confident communicator, comfortable dealing with drivers, carriers and internal teams
n
- Available to start immediatelyAustralian working rights essential
