Job Description

Avina invites graduates to join a 12-month Graduate Program designed to develop clinical identity and confidence. Start with 9-week onboarding and caseload ramp-up, with structured supervision and MDT collaboration across NSW regional opportunities.

You will gain experience across community and clinic-based Occupational Therapy, with exposure to NDIS documentation and reporting, and opportunities to advance within a supportive team.
