Betty's Burgers in Mandurah is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead both front and back of house during a quick-paced store opening. You will drive operational excellence, recruit and coach a high-performing team, and ensure exceptional guest experiences across dine-in, takeaway, delivery and drive-through.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will manage costs, implement SOPs, and deliver strong financial results while building a positive, guest-focused culture.
