We are seeking a professional, highly organised Group Reservations & Events Coordinator to join our hospitality team and play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences from the very first interaction.

The Role n

As the Group Reservations & Guest Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing reservations and acting as a key link between guests and the operations team.

Your responsibilities will include: n

- Managing all reservations across phone, email, and online booking platforms
n




- Ensuring an organised and strategic approach to bookings to maximise capacity and guest experience
n
- Handling VIP guests, special requests, and large group bookings with professionalism and attention to detail
n
- Coordinating closely with venue management and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service operations
n
- Maintaining accurate reservation records and guest notes
n
- Responding promptly and professionally to guest enquiries
n
- Supporting private dining and event enquiries where required
n

About You nn
- Previous experience in reservations, reception, guest services or premium hospitality venues
n
- Minimum 1-2 years of hospitality reservations experience
n
- Excellent communication skills and a professional phone manner
n
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
n
- Confidence managing high booking volumes and guest expectations
n
- Experience with reservation platforms such as SevenRooms, TripleSeat would be very advantageous
n
- A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
n
- A passion for hospitality and guest service
n
- Australian work rights are required for this position
