Job Description

Galderma Australia Ltd is seeking a Sales Force Effectiveness Manager to lead ANZ SFE initiatives from our Sydney Head Office, with one day per week working from home. You will drive segmentation, targeting, incentive design, and effective sales operations across the region, partnering with market units to raise performance and alignment.

The role demands 5+ years in SFE, analytics, or commercial operations, strong data skills (Excel/Power BI), and CRM expertise (Salesforce/Veeva).
