Under the SiA brand, the company delivers high-quality, highly efficient solar-powered, pneumatic/gas, and AC chemical injection pumps suited to a wide range of applications, including hazardous environments. Solar Injection Australia serves customers directly and through a global distributor network and is emerging as a leader in unconventional energy solutions. The company has a long history of engineering systems such as chemical injection packages, test equipment packages, high-pressure gas systems, and well head control panels. In addition to SiA chemical injection solutions, it also offers EcoDose Fertigation Pumps for agriculture and ProTech Pumps for air-driven high pressure liquid pumps, gas boosters, and air amplifiers.

We're hiring: Business Development Manager – Australia & New Zealand

Solar Injection Australia is looking for a Business Development Manager to build and own our network across Australia and Current Zealand.

n

This isn't a cold-calling or catalogue-sales role.



It's about being the person who knows and is part of the conversation on anything that touches chemical injection in these markets: new projects, upgrades, tenders, operational problems, the lot.

You'll own relationships across our brands (SiA Pumps, Morgan Products, ProTech Pumps and EcoDose) and across sectors — oil & gas, water treatment, mining & industrial, and agriculture/fertigation — connecting what's happening in the market back to our engineering and commercial team in Brisbane.

What we're looking for:

- An established network across Australian (ideally also NZ) oil & gas, water, mining, industrial or agricultural sectors
n
- A track record in relationship-led business development or key account management in a technical/industrial B2B environment
n
- Comfort holding technical conversations with engineers and operators — and the judgement to know when to bring in our team
n
- Self-directed, organised, and disciplined about recording activity and intelligence
n

n

Full-time position, based anywhere in Australia (Brisbane or surrounds preferred), with regular travel to customer sites and regional areas. Reports directly to the Director.
