Blue Gum Café, located in Pennant Hills, is seeking an experienced Chef to lead the kitchen within a retirement village. This full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 10:30am–6:30pm, with no split shifts, and focuses on healthy, nutritious meals for about 20 residents.

You will plan weekly menus, manage kitchen operations, ensure food safety, and adapt meals to dietary requirements. The successful candidate has min 5 years’ experience, solid organization, and can work independently in a small team.
