Job Description

Community 3SIX5 is seeking Permanent Part-Time High Intensity Disability Support Workers (Male) to join a consistent 2:1 support team, delivering structured, person-centred care in the participant's home and community.

The role supports an autistic, non-verbal individual with complex communication needs, epilepsy and behaviours of concern, requiring calm, explicit communication, PBSP implementation and close collaboration with a second worker.
