Job Description

Leica Geosystems is seeking a Senior HR Advisor for the APAC People & Culture team, based in Hendra, Brisbane. The role covers end-to-end HR operations and business partnering across the APAC region, balancing workforce needs with governance and regulatory requirements.

You will deliver advisory support on ER/IR, manage day-to-day HR activities, provide payroll back-up, and collaborate with frontline and leadership to drive workforce planning and organisational reviews.
