If you want to join us in this incredible journey as an Assistant Centre Manager, your role will be: nn
- To provide support to the Centre Manager to ensure the efficient and effective management of the early learning centre.
n




- To support the Centre Manager to develop and implement programs and partnerships to enhance and support development of Early Years Learning Plans in accordance with the Early Years Learning Framework.
n
- Support the Centre Manager to oversee the effectiveness of the centre with regards to the health and well-being of the children and staff, which also includes enhancing the children's educational opportunities through strengthening their social, emotional, intellectual and physical development.
n

As a compassionate and inspiring Assistant Centre Manager, you will have: nn
- Previous experience working in the Early Learning sector; preferably including time spent working as an Educator showing progression to more senior roles such as Room Leader, Educational Leader or 3IC/2IC roles.
n
- Must have experience working with children.
n
- Experience supervising or mentoring a team of staff members.li>
n
- Experience in all aspects of educational programming within the Early Years Framework; including the development of Centre's resources, books, posters.
n
- Experience developing and managing staff rosters.
n
- Proven experience within a leadership role.
n
- Sound, practical working knowledge and implementation of the National Quality Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework.
n
- Solid computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft packages; proficiency in the use of XAP, QIKKIDS and Time Target, or similar systems.
n
