Junction Support Services is seeking a Residential Care Youth Worker to join a trauma-informed, multidiscipinary team supporting young people in a safe, stable home. You will help develop life skills, routines and goals, while managing daily living and household duties.

The role involves transporting youths to appointments, documenting medication administration, and contributing to behavioural support plans. A robust commitment to trauma-informed practice and continuous training is essential.
