Job Description

ClearHire is looking for a proactive Recruitment Resourcer / Candidate Manager to support our recruiter and build a pipeline of candidates for civil construction projects across Adelaide.

The role n

n
- Source candidates through job boards, our database, social media and referrals.
n
- Phone-screen candidates for experience, availability and suitability.
n
- Recruit excavator operators, plant operators and civil labourers.
n
- Check tickets and licences, coordinate interviews and assist with onboarding.
n
- Keep candidate records up to date in JobAdder.
n

About you nn
- Previous recruitment or candidate sourcing experience.
n
- Civil construction or blue-collar recruitment experience preferred.
n
- Confident on the phone, organised and quick to follow up.
n
- Comfortable working independently from home.
n

Initially16 hours per week , with the prospect to increase hours as demand grows.
