Job Description

Flinders Medical Centre’s Virtual Rehabilitation Ward, part of the Southern Adelaide Local Health Network, seeks a Senior Social Worker for a part time contract until June 2027. You will provide specialist social work assessment, intervention and care planning for clients with complex needs to help them remain at home when possible, working within a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires an eligible Social Work degree, hospital-based experience, and commitment to high-quality, safe care
