Excavator Operator | Mackay & Surrounding Areas ASAP Start | Ongoing Work | $49.00/hr Base + Penalties
We are currently seeking an experienced Excavator Operator to join a busy civil construction team working on subdivision projects throughout Mackay and surrounding areas .
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled operator looking for ongoing work, competitive rates, and a stable day-shift roster.

About the Role

- Bulk and detailed earthworks
- Trenching and drainage installation
- Site preparation and land development projects
- Working from plans and grade control systems
- Final trim works (highly regarded)
- Maintaining a safe and productive work environment

What We’re Looking For

- Final trim experience preferred
- Current HR Licence
- Current White Card
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
- Reliable transport and a strong work ethic

What’s On Offer





- $49.00 per hour Base + Penalties
- ASAP Start
- Ongoing project work
- Day shift only
- Rare Saturday work required
- Prospect to work on major subdivision developments across the Mackay region

Work Schedule

- Monday – Thursday: 7:00am – 4:30pm
- Friday: 7:00am – 3:30pm
