Position Overview n

Podium Money is seeking an experienced Commercial Finance Broker to lead and grow our commercial lending footprint in New South Wales. Joining an established office, you will operate as the dedicated commercial specialist,



managing complex debt structures independently from day one across commercial real estate, business acquisitions, and development funding.

Key Responsibilities n

Consult with business owners, property developers, and investors to analyze complex financial requirements

n

Review complex financial statements, tax returns, cash flow projections, and business plans

n

Structure bespoke commercial debt proposals and present high-quality submissions to lenders

n

Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial credit managers, non-banks, and private funders

n

Manage transactions independently end-to-end from initial inquiry through to approval and settlement

Skills & Experience n

Proven experience as a Commercial Broker, Commercial Relationship Manager, or Commercial Credit Specialist

n

Demonstrated ability to manage complex commercial lending transactions independently without training

n

In-depth understanding of commercial credit policy, financial analysis, and lender requirements

n

Outstanding communication, deal presentation, and negotiation skills

n

Self-motivated, commercially minded, and driven to achieve exceptional client outcomes

n

Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking Management
