Production Operators – Aluminium Finishing (Racking & Packing)

AAA Coating is a growing aluminium finishing business located in Clayton South. We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Production Operators to join our anodising department.
n
We have opportunities available in both our racking and packing areas and are looking for team members who take pride in their work and enjoy working in a hands-on manufacturing workplace.
n
This is a casual position to start with full-time hours available immediately.
n
Hours of Work:
n
n
- Monday to Thursday: 7:00am – 3:30pm
n
- Friday: 7:00am – 1:00pm
n
- 38 hours per week
n
- Casual rate: $31.20 per hour
n
About the Role Racker nn
- Preparing aluminium extrusions for the anodising process
n
- Clamping and securing aluminium sections onto production booms
n
- Following production schedules and quality requirements
n
- Working safely around production equipment
n
Packer nn
- Removing finished material from production booms
n
- Maintaining quality and presentation standards
n
About You nn
- Have a strong work ethic and positive attitude
n
- Are reliable and punctual
n
- Can work safely in a manufacturing environment
n
- Have good attention to detail
n
- Are physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
n
- Work well as part of a team
n
n
Previous experience in manufacturing, warehousing, aluminium processing, powder coating, anodising or production work is advantageous but not essential. Full training will be provided to the right applicants.
