We’re growing, and we want a senior commercial litigator to lead and build out our disputes practice.This is a genuine senior appointment with a clear path to partnership for the right person.

We act on complex corporate, banking & finance and property matters for private lenders, developers, funds and growth businesses.



From early on you’ll work on transactions and disputes that actually matter to clients – not just background research – with clear ownership of pieces of work and exposure to the full lifecycle of a matter.

GRM LAW is deliberately lean. You work closely with Gavin and senior lawyers, not in a large anonymous team. That means faster learning, direct feedback on your work and a genuine say in how matters are run and how the practice evolves over time.

We look for people who want to build long‑term careers in corporate, banking & finance and property law with a robust commercial mindset. You’ll receive structured mentoring, opportunities to see how clients make decisions, and support to develop both your technical skills and your judgement as an adviser.
