To cultivate strong relationships with high-net-worth clients in Australia and promote Sri Lanka as a strategic and underexplored investment destination. This includes highlighting opportunities in the CSE and supporting clients with customized, data-driven advice.

Roles and Responsibilities n

n
- Identify and engage Australian investors with interest in emerging markets.
n
- Communicate Sri Lanka’s economic outlook and sectoral investment opportunities.
n
- Build long-term trust through education, transparency, and service consistency.
n
- Share regular research insights and facilitate investor confidence.
n
- Collaborate with Sri Lankan teams for operations, due diligence, and reporting.
n
- Advise on wealth structuring,



including succession, philanthropy, and asset allocation.
n

Attributes and Preferred Skills nn
- Proven experience in private banking or investment advisory in Australia.
n
- Awareness of APAC capital flows and cross-border investment channels.
n
- Excellent relationship management and client engagement skills.
n
- Strategic thinker with a passion for promoting frontier market investment.
n
- Familiarity with Australian-Sri Lankan diaspora networks is a robust advantage.
