The Role n
nAs a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage recruitment activities across labour hire and permanent placements, partnering with both clients and candidates to deliver outstanding recruitment outcomes.n
nKey responsibilities include:n
n

n
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes
n
- Sourcing and placing Blue Collar candidates with Tier 1 Mining clients
n
- Building and maintaining candidate talent pools
n
- Developing strong relationships with clients and candidates
n
- Managing labour hire workforce requirements and mobilisation activities
n
- Conducting candidate interviews and reference checks
n
- Delivering exceptional candidate care throughout the recruitment process
n




- Supporting existing client accounts while identifying opportunities for growth
n
- Working collaboratively within a high-performing team environment
n

About You n
nTo be successful in this role, you will have;n
n

n
- A minimum 2-3 years recruitment experience in the Mining and Resources sector (Highly Preferred)
n
- Demonstrated experience recruiting for Blue Collar positions
n
- Strong candidate sourcing and talent pooling capabilities
n
- Proven ability to build long-term client and candidate relationships
n
- Excellent communication and candidate and client management skills
n
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
n
