- Possesses the requisite FASEA education requirements or meets other relevant exemption criteria

- Completion of the Financial Adviser Exam.

- RG 146 compliant for providing retail financial product advice.
n
- Eligible to act as an authorized representative of an Australian Financial Services Licence.
n
- Accredited to advise on financial products and services
n
- Previous experience as a Financial Adviser

- Ability to use initiative and work autonomously in ensuring deadlines are met.

- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.

- Demonstrated PC literacy.

- Excellent personal organization and time management skills, with the ability to coordinate workflow through prioritization of tasks, diary management, etc.

Job Purpose: Service Existing Clients: n

The adviser will provide accurate and timely advice to their existing cli- clients.

The adviser will need to maintain and enhance their knowledge through formal and informal on-going personal and professional development.

n

The adviser will also need to maintain their administrative and Client records in accordance with business policies and compliance requirements.

Attract New Clients: n

The Financial Adviser will endeavour to attract clients to the business in accordance with their agreed role in the businesses strategic and marketing plans.
