- Grow and maximise existing client relationships

- Identify opportunities within current accounts and generate new business
n
- Manage temporary and permanent recruitment across industrial, logistics, warehousing,



manufacturing and blue-collar sectors

- Source, interview and place quality candidates
n
- Conduct client meetings and site visits
n
- Build talent pools and maintain strong candidate networks
n
- Manage onboarding, compliance and placement administration
n
- Deliver exceptional service that drives repeat business and referrals

We're looking for someone who's wants to build a successful desk. n

You’ll ideally have recruitment experience within Industrial, Logistics, Manufacturing, Trades, Construction or Blue-Collar recruitment, along with strong relationship-building and account management skills.
