Advance Diversity Services (ADS) is seeking a Care Worker Team Leader to provide operational leadership and supervision to Care Workers delivering home care and disability services to CALD clients. You will work with the Rostering Team to support staff-to-client matching and maintain service continuity.

The role requires a Diploma in Community Services or equivalent leadership experience, robust supervisory skills, and a commitment to respectful, person-centred care.
