Sharp and Carter is seeking an experienced HR Manager in Australia to lead strategic HR initiatives while delivering hands-on support across manufacturing and corporate teams. You will partner with local leaders to drive workforce planning, employee relations, investigations, leadership development and organisational capability.

The role reports to the APAC HR Leader and focuses on delivering people strategies, workforce planning and engagement in a commercially oriented manufacturing setting.
