Job Description

Alcoa's Portland Aluminium team is seeking a Learning & Development Co-ordinator on a 6-month fixed-term contract to deliver training, coordinate programs and maintain competency systems that support safety and employee development.

You will work closely with leaders and operational teams to build workforce capability, ensure compliance, and continuously improve learning processes in a site-based setting.
