About the Role n

As the Regional Facilities Manager,



you will:

n

- Lead and support a team of field-based technicians across a large geographic region
n
- Oversee preventative maintenance programs and ensure KPI achievement
n
- Manage operational budgets, subcontractor spend, and financial performance
n
- Ensure compliance with all safety, legislative, and company requirements
n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Coles stakeholders, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
n
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and asset enhancement programs
n
- Support project delivery, maintenance planning, and operational efficiency
n
- Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management to your team
n

About You n

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

n

n
- Tertiary or trade qualifications with relevant licences
n
- Minimum 5 years' experience within facilities maintenance, retail services, building services, or a related sector
n
- Solid technical understanding of building systems including electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, and general facilities maintenance
n
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing operational or technical teams
n
- Experience managing subcontractors, suppliers, and service partners
n
- Strong financial acumen, including budgets, cost control, and performance reporting
n
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills
n
- Ability to balance operational priorities across multiple sites and locations
n
- Current driver's licence and willingness to travel as required
