We are looking a Dental Assistant with around 1-2 years experience who wants more than "just another dental job".

n

You'll work alongside an experienced, supportive team using modern technology while caring for wonderful patients who value quality dentistry.

The Role n

This is a four-day position with a combination of chairside assisting and practice support duties.

Your week will include: n

- 2 days working directly alongside the principal dentist
n
- 2 days as a sterilisation, hygiene nurse and floater throughout the practice
n

This variety allows you to build strong clinical partnerships while also supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the practice.

n

Your contribution will directly influence the patient experience and the reputation of the practice. We are looking for someone who understands that a dental assistant is not simply support staff,



but an essential part of maintaining high clinical and professional standards.

- Minimum 2 years of full-time dental assisting experience, including chairside, sterilisation and front desk duties
n
- Experience with D4W or similar practice software
n
- Confidence managing daily clinical flow
n
- Reliable transport
n
- Australian work rights are required for this position
n
