What you’ll be doing:n

- Support the Store Manager in all areas of day-to-day store operations

- Lead from the front to deliver outstanding customer experiences

- Motivate and develop your team to meet and exceed sales targets

- Ensure visual merchandising and stock levels are maintained to brand standards
n
- Create a fun, safe, and engaging environment for both customers and team members
