Job Description

Metro North Health is hiring an Advanced Carer Peer Worker within its Mental Health Hospital in the Home service. You will use lived experience to support recovery planning, advocate for consumers and carers, and facilitate education and support activities.

You will collaborate with clinicians and community organisations to enhance recovery-oriented care and contribute to service improvement and consumer feedback initiatives.
