Key responsibilities n

n
- Deliver high-quality garden and grounds maintenance across client properties, including mowing, edging, whipper snipping and blowing.
n
- Carry out pruning, hedging, trimming and general garden care, along with weeding, planting, mulching and seasonal maintenance.
n




- Maintain gardens and outdoor areas to a high professional standard, using tools, machinery and equipment safely and correctly.
n
- Follow Bloom's WHS, environmental and company procedures at all times.
n
- Complete jobs efficiently while keeping a close eye on detail and quality.
n
- Communicate professionally and respectfully with both clients and team members.
n
- Identify and report garden issues, hazards, maintenance needs or additional work opportunities.
n
- Keep vehicles, tools and work areas clean and well organised.
n
- Complete job notes, photos and service reports as required.
n
- Represent Bloom Maintenance Services professionally at all times, working independently when needed while still contributing positively to the wider team.
n

What we're looking for nn
- A strong work ethic and genuine pride in a job well done.
n
- Experience in gardening or landscaping is a bonus, but we're also happy to help the right person develop their skills.
n
- A valid driver's licence (and any relevant tickets or certifications, if applicable, e.g. chainsaw, white card).
n
- Someone reliable, punctual and comfortable working outdoors in all weather.
