Job Description

Aruma is seeking a dedicated Support Worker in Australia to empower participants to live independently with dignity. You’ll join a values-driven team and provide personal care, social engagement, and skill-building support. Training is provided, including buddy shifts, with a focus on inclusion and respect.

Shifts include a 24/7 roster (overnights & weekends). CPR/First Aid, NDIS screening, and WWC checks are required or obtainable. Right to work in Australia is assumed.
