Our client is a well established hotel chain and is looking for a Restaurant Manager to join their Hotel in this excellent NSW location.

You will be responsible for the day to day operational management of the restaurant in the delivery of high-quality service, food and wines to customers.

n

Your role will include;

n

To be considered for this role you must possess the following attributes:

- Menu planning with the head chef
n
- Planning and organizing functions and events
n
- Customer service including reservation management
n
- Purchasing, managing budget and stock control
n
- Supervision and management of staff
n
- Ensuring Workplace, Health and Safety and regulatory compliance at all times
n
- Provide staff training
n

About You

n

n




- AQF Diploma in Hospitality with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role
n
- Superior work ethic
n
- Ability to work under pressure
n
- Be a team player
n
- Enthusiastic "can do" approach
n
- A friendly and approachable personality Is a must
n
- In return, we off er a full time position with an attractive basic salary ranges from $79,500-$85,000 per annum + superannuation which depends on your skills and experience.
