n Due to continued growth and project demand, they are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with an active NV1 Security Clearance to support high-profile Defence and Government customers.n
n
About the Rolen
nThis is a hands-on development role within a mature ServiceNow practice supporting enterprise-scale implementations, enhancements, integrations and platform optimisation initiatives.n
n
n You will work alongside architects, consultants, technical leads and project delivery teams to design, build and enhance ServiceNow solutions that improve operational performance and user experience.n
n
Key responsibilities include:n
n

n
- Developing and configuring ServiceNow applications and workflows
n
- Designing and building integrations using REST, SOAP and API technologies
n
- Customising modules across the ServiceNow platform
n
- Developing catalog items, business rules, client scripts, UI policies and workflow automation
n
- Supporting platform upgrades, enhancements and ongoing optimisation
n
- Working directly with customers and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
n




- Contributing to development standards, governance and platform best practice
n
- Supporting delivery across Defence and Government transformation programs
n

The Successful Candidaten
n
nYou will bring:n
n

n
- Active NV1 Security Clearance (mandatory)
n
- 6+ years' ServiceNow development experience
n
- Strong experience configuring and developing on the ServiceNow platform
n
- Proven integrations experience using REST, SOAP and APIs
n
- Experience developing business rules, client scripts, script includes, workflows and service catalogues
n
- Strong understanding of ITSM processes and ServiceNow best practice
n
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
n
- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD or CIS highly regarded
n
