Job Description

CoVet in Australia is seeking a Customer Success Representative to onboard clients, promote adoption of our AI-powered veterinary solutions, and maximise value for each account. You will be a trusted advisor, coordinating with Sales, Engineering, Marketing and Product to address needs and drive outcomes.

This role requires proactive communication, training customers on current features, monitoring health and satisfaction, and identifying upsell opportunities.
