Working directly with senior leaders, you'll coach, challenge and influence across talent, performance, leadership and organisational effectiveness initiatives.n

- Proven senior People Partner experience within a high performing setting

- Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder influence skills

- Ability to challenge leaders constructively and build credibility quickly

- Experience leading talent, succession and performance conversations

- Confident workshop facilitation and leadership coaching capability

- A pragmatic, hands-on approach and the ability to hit the ground running
