Corryong Health is seeking a compassionate Social Worker to deliver trauma-informed care and promote emotional, social, and psychological wellbeing across our services in Corryong, Victoria.

You will collaborate with patients, families and the health team to support holistic care planning, service navigation, and coordinated transitions across care settings, while contributing to learning in trauma-informed, culturally sensitive practice.
