A Full time Permanent position is available for an ambitious and energetic Sales Representative based in Cameron Park . the SAPE Group is a well-established company operating for over 50 years and is a leader in their field of Equipment, Paint and Materials supply to the collision repair industry.

This position will be working as part of ourSales Team in the Paint Division to service our existing customer base and develop Recent Opportunities.

nThe Role: n

n
- Manage 75SME customer relationships,with regular customer meetings andgrowing revenue within that existing customer base
n
n
- Work closely with customers to develop & deliver solutions specific to their needs
n
n
- Have a hands‑on approach to managing client relationships and develop a deep understanding of their business needs.
n
n
- Grow existing customer relationships through cross‑selling within your region.
n
n
- Developterritory plans and call cycles to ensure optimum customer service
n
n

nESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: n
n

n




- Applicants must be an Australian resident or hold a permanent resident visa
n
n
- Have a Valid NSW Drivers Licence (Automatic and P Plate Licence is acceptable)
n
n
- Resilienceand courageand the ability todeal with the ups and downs of a sales role
n
n
- Experience working in a commission based role
n
n
- A strong sales mentality and beresults and KPI driven
n
n
- Endless amounts of enthusiasm and passion forbuilding relationships and delivering exceptional customer service

- Have Strong Communication and Time Management skills
