About the Role: n

As a Fishing Sales Assistant, you’ll be the go-to expert for all things fishing.

n

n
- Assist customers in selecting the right rods, reels, lures, accessories & more!
n
- Provide expert advice on local fishing spots, techniques, and tackle options
n
- Merchandise and maintain the fishing department to ensure it is fully stocked and visually appealing
n
- Stay up to date with the latest fishing trends, gear, and technology
n




- Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure a great shopping experience
n

Who Are We Looking For: nn
- Passion for fishing – whether it’s freshwater, saltwater, or sport fishing, we encourage it all!
n
- Solid communication skills in a friendly, approachable, and engaging manner
n
- Willingness to learn and share knowledge with customers and team
n
- Ability to work in a team and contribute to a positive store environment

- Previous Experience: within stock, customer service, and sales within a fast‑paced environment

- Business Acumen: understanding the local consumer market, products, and growth
