We are currently seeking a highly motivated Office Administrator to join our team with opportunity for future growth and development. Based in Kalgoorlie , this is a Full-Time position that will report directly to the General Manager.

VM Drilling is a privately owned RC drilling company based in Kalgoorlie, serving clients throughout Western Australia.

VM Drilling was established in 2004 as a one rig company and grew organically to a reputable mid-size company. Today the business is operating up to 10 Rigs and possesses extensive experience within the mining industry.

About the Position n

This is a great opportunity for an administrator to join our small team and make the role their own. A varied and autonomous position in a quick-paced environment for an individual with strong organisation skills who has the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.

Requirement for this position: n

n
- Ideally with minimum 2 years' experience working with Microsoft suite - Word, Excel, Outlook
n
- High level of organisational skills
n




- Previous experience in a fast paced environment
n
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
n
- Strong interpersonal skills, communicate with all levels of the organisation, clients, suppliers etc.
n
- Eye for detail with the ability to also step back and see the bigger picture
n
- Multitask and follow through all duties in a professional manner
n
- Previous Mine Site, Drilling or Contracting exposure would be preferred but not essential
n
- Previous site access experience is advantageous but not essential
n

Duties include: nn
- Booking and scheduling of all employee flights
n
- Management all employee mobilisation and site access
n
- Liaising with stakeholders, suppliers, mine site, employees and senior management team
n
- Maintaining Training/Site Matrixes
n
- Assisting with Maintenance AdministrationSocial Media and marketing support
n
