Lead HR for a site-based global consumer well-known brand - high-impact, blue-collar, diverse workforce. This is a senior leadership opportunity to lead the People function across the organisation’s largest national Brisbane-based sites.

About the Role n

This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced HR professional to lead the People function across the organisation’s largest national Brisbane-based sites.

n

Reporting to the Operations Director, with a dotted line to the Chief People Officer, you will lead a 15-person HR team, and work closely with site and regional leaders in a complex commercial environment.

Key Responsibilities n

n
- Leadership of an established team, uplifting the HR function.
n
- Building line manager capability in labour planning, shift rosters, workforce productivity, performance, and retention.
n
- Leading industrial relations, including EBA negotiations, award interpretation, union engagement, and governance and compliance.
n
- Overseeing onboarding, training, and workforce planning for a diverse, multicultural workforce.
n
- Acting as a trusted partner to operational leaders in a high-volume, dynamic, blue-collar site-based environment.

About You n

You will be an accomplished HR leader with:

n

n




- Strong experience in HR Management or Senior HR Management leadership roles within manufacturing, FMCG, or large-scale industrial operations.
n
- Proven expertise in industrial relations, EBAs, and union engagement.
n
- Demonstrated ability to manage and grow large HR teams in complex, high-pressure environments.
n
- A pragmatic, commercially focused, and calm leadership style, with the maturity to bring stability and influence stakeholders.
n
- Experience working with highly diverse, multicultural workforces.
n

- Full-time, based onsite in Brisbane, ideally with your own transport.

- Competitive package and bonus: $200K + super + 20% bonus.
n
- 1 day work from home on offer.
