Job Description

City of Moreton Bay is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel – Disputes to lead a diverse portfolio spanning litigation, regulatory enforcement, insurance and strategic risk for Australia’s third‑largest council.

You will work with senior leaders to resolve complex issues, provide strategic advice, oversee external solicitors, manage cross‑jurisdictional proceedings and help shape organisational risk management and litigation protocols.
