Delivering a great service is at the heart of both roles. You'll work alongside the team in a fast-paced environment, following clear systems and service procedures to keep things running smoothly.

Across both roles:

- Maintain high standards of cleanliness across equipment, work areas and guest spaces.
n
- Follow venue systems, opening and closing checklists, and daily procedures.
n
- Support your teammates and take initiative when something needs doing.
n

As a Front of House Host:

n

n
- Welcome guests warmly and help them feel at home THORUGHOUT ALL EXPEIRENCE: COMO PRINCIPIO A FIN
n




- Deliver food and drinks promptly and accurately to guests' tables.
n
- Check in on guests throughout their visit.
n
- Clear, reset and sanitise tables efficiently to keep service flowing.
n

As a Kitchen All-Rounder:

n

n
- Support food preparation and service, following recipes and quality standards.
n
- Keep dishes, utensils and kitchen equipment clean and ready for use.
n
- Follow food safety and hygiene procedures.
n
- Help keep the kitchen organised and stocked throughout service.
n
