About the role: n

We are seeking an experienced Branch All Rounder to support on the counter and in our warehouse at our centrally located Burleigh branch on the stunning Gold Coast. This is a varied role, and no two days will be the same as you provide exceptional customer service to our customers both in the branch and over the phone.

The key responsibilities of the role include, but are definitely not limited to:

- Sales focused customer service both over the trade counter and phone while providing exceptional customer service
n
- Picking & packing of orders including courier and transport documentation.
n
- Receiving, unpackingand storage of incoming goods.
n
- Housekeeping and maintenanceof the showroom.
n
- Delivery of customer orders.
n
- Operate computer software to locate stock codes, checkpurchase orders, track back orders, locate and track stock movements and transfers.
n
- Work closely with our sales and operations team to ensure timely collection of products and services.
n




- Assist the Branch Manager with periodic stock checks.
n

About you: nn
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
n
- Be able to multitask and prioritise competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
n
- Be highly motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
n
- Knowledge of the building and construction industry would be an asset.
n
- Be comfortable being on the phone speaking with customers and existing clients.
n
- Be highly motivated to continually exceed our customers' expectations, support company driven initiatives, and become an integral part of our team.

- Be willing to do all the little things for your customers so that they can stay focused on their big picture and get the job done.

- Hold a current forklift licence.
n
