nMy client is currently recruiting for a Site Engineer / Project Engineer. As an Engineer, you will oversee the successful delivery of subdivision and TMR projects, managing the technical aspects of a project, ensuring it's completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards, by coordinating with project managers, design teams, and contractors. n
Responsibilities: n

n
- Take an active role in all phases of project delivery, from tender handovers and project launches to site setups, risk management, construction staging, and procurement.
n
- Manage key project aspects including safety, timelines, costs, and quality control.
n
- Oversee project planning and scheduling tasks.
n
- Coordinate and manage client relationships effectively.
n
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of construction teams and subcontractors against project estimates.
n
- Report on production costs daily, weekly, and monthly.
n
- Handle the procurement of plant, equipment, and materials.
n
- Issue Project Management Plans (PMPs), Safe Work Method Statements (SWMs),



and Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDs).
n
- Ensure project compliance with the Integrated Management System.
n

About You: n

n
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience as an Engineer in subdivisions and civil infrastructure projects.
n
- Proven expertise in earthworks, roads, pavements, structures, and general civil infrastructure.
n
- Experience working with local councils and service authorities.
n
- Strong ability to manage client relationships and maintain excellent rapport with subcontractors.
n
- Solid background in contract management.
n
