We’re looking for a Senior Support Technician to become the trusted technical partner for one of our major mining customers in Perth. This is a unique role that combines technical expertise, customer engagement, product sourcing, quoting, project coordination, and hands‑on workshop support.

n

You’ll work closely with key stakeholders, helping identify solutions, develop hydraulic kits, source components, improve efficiencies, and keep critical mining equipment operating at its best.

n

You’ll spend time both in branch and on-site, building strong customer relationships and becoming the go-to person for technical support and solutions.

About the person n

We're looking for someone who combines both technical capability and a customer-first attitude.

You will ideally have: n

n
- 5+ years' hands‑on experience in the hydraulic hose and fittings industry
n
- Experience manufacturing hoses and working with hydraulic systems
n
- Outstanding customer service and relationship‑building skills
n
- Mining industry experience (advantageous but not essential)
n
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for getting things right
n
- An current Australian Driver's Licence
n
